Enthiran-Robot-My Views.

1. Bad things first.

-- I miss Sujatha for the sharp and smart dialogues in many important scens. Or atleast this may be my prejudice because of my realization that "Vathiyaar "was no more by end of the film production.

-- The musquito scene. As if someone did the graphics as their pet project and "inserted" that scene into the film.

-- the stupid coffee serving mini robo with horrible techno voice (i guess may be Shankar bought an actual robo available today in market and used it and we dont like reality anyways )

----horrible BGM in fight scene with "yezham arivu..araam arivu.. etc.,"

--- Charecterization of Karunas and Santhanam as stooges working in a high profile project

-- Aishwarya Rai. So old. she looks older than Rajini sometimes.

--- I miss Raghuvaran. Danny doesnt do good enough justice with the stone face. Sometime Danny looked like a Robot himself. Would have loved Rahuvaran as the "bad professor" would ahve been rocking.

2. Bloopers
----only one scientist and 2 dumbos for a massive project like this. Rajini should be a Project Director, isn't it?
----when the robot and other things are so hi-tech outside the lab the world is still the same
---- robot has to be charged every 24 hrs..come on... solar power, backup power...
--- a rewind here: This story is based on/inspired on Sujatha's En iniya Eyandhira( my dear machine- sounding like Indira to give a female charectization). In that a robo-dog comes which is solar powered and if you take a walk outside everyday its enuf. For sure if Vathiyar was there, wouldnt have allowed such an important goof-up which is actually used for important turn of events. Anyways, I dont need to elaborate that the Zeno the robo dog is the Chitti in this movie.. i think so atleast.


Good things..

--- Rajini dances. this is a paradox here. The robo rajini dances very well. the real Rajini dances like a robo normally, as usual.
--- lots of subtext . Mother naming the chitti, taking about plight of a human...
--- NO punch dialogues or mannerisms which sticks out
-- Rajini acted as director's actor
--- Correct usage of graphics- not too much or too less.
--- Read all the other praising reviews
